Home Building 101
This event is held periodically where Industry Trades and Experts are invited to a an Information Session for all our Agents to make them knowledgeable and informed on processes that need to be followed for building of custom made homes.
Invited to this session are Architects, Surveyors, New Home construction Finance Lenders/Banks and Builders.
This Seminar educates our Sales Agents to find and identify lucrative building areas within the Greater Toronto Area, work with Architects and Builders to draw plans according to allowable built-up ares as approved by the Building Department, create building costs analysis, arrange suitable construction Financing from Builder's Banks/Lending Institutions.
Dues to shortage of vacant lots within the City of Toronto, it is crucial that the Agents learns to identify tear down of existing structure and re-building with new high-end million dollars properties.
