Real Estate Administrative Assistant - 1 position available

This role will require you to handle a variety of administrative duties with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy. 
You will also be performing customer service related duties.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We're looking for an individual with strong organizational, communication and inter-personal skills with a Minimum of 1 year experience 
related experience in the Real Estate Industry
. You will be dependable and able to multi-task. You should also have:

         - Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
         
- Excellent phone manner 
         - Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
         - Outgoing personality, able to take initiative 
         - Well organized with strong follow up skills, flexible and willing to learn

   -Take care of the switchboard, greet and direct guests 
         - Process incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries 
          - Assist in customer service and billing related functions

The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for operations that handle appointments making, front reception operations and customer service. Successful job  performance will tie directly to their ability to support and work closely with other front office support staff, schedule and confirm appointments, Maintain filing systems, Order office supplies and maintain inventory, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages and Answer electronic enquiries.

Real Estate Deal Secretary and Transaction Co-ordinator - 2 positions available

The Deal Secretary handles all trade/transaction files, documents, deposits, invoicing appropriate parties (lawyers and cooperating companies) associated with the transactions. Post all of our agents’ expenses and monthly fees. Reporting sold conditionally and sold firm transactions.

Prepare weekly transactions, income and expense reports for the Management. Prepare payroll plus handle employee deductions and Income Tax reports. Prepare and File HST and other tax related documentation. Look over and be responsible for all Banking Records and reconciliation reports.
